Home Health Aides are available to help with the patient’s personal care and hygiene needs, assistance with ADL/ADLs, and to provide help with light housekeeping.
Medical social worker helps patient and his/her family cope with personal and emotional impact of illness or disability. The social worker will also help locate financial resources and community assistance such as medical transportation, in-home support etc.
To all Medicare patients, Tri-Care Home Health Services, Inc. furnishes necessary medical supplies such as dressing, catheters, ostomy supplies, etc.
If you have Medicare insurance and had a recent hospitalization, you may qualify for durable medical equipment such as a hospital bed, wheel chair, speech therapy apparatus, etc.

The charges are based on actual cost of each service. Those fees may be paid directly by the patient or family, through many private insurance plans, or through Medicare or Medi-Cal.
To qualify for the service, patient must be under the care of a physician, confined to his/her home, and in need of intermittent skilled care. This may include observation, instruction or hands-on-care.
